Honestly, I was trapped in Tucson traffic due to congestion and traffic accidents. I called the office to inform them I was running late. I was kindly granted an additional 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be there. I arrived 16 minutes later and they kindly, reshuffled and I was seen a few minutes later. A big gratitude to the office staff and R. Brown for their understanding and professionalism.
